To avoid negative impedance of common gas charge lamp, EEFLexternal electrode allow high frequency voltage function viacapacitance coupling. As a result of this, parallely connectedEEFL can be driven by one ballast.
EEFL is able to get long lifetime and high lighting stability,which is because its special working principle will cause muchless heat than CCFL.
